1. Who operates the Beta
The ZeRaLD Beta programme is operated by SW11 Software Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16896573, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
References to SW11 Software, we, us or our mean SW11 Software Ltd.
2. What participation means
The Beta is a controlled pre-release testing programme. Features, workflows, interfaces, deployment behaviour and supporting services may change, be limited, be temporarily unavailable or be replaced while issues are found and corrected.
A Beta place gives you permission to test the Beta features made available to your account. It does not create a service-level commitment or guarantee that a particular feature, release or tester benefit will remain available throughout the programme.
3. Test-server condition
While the closed Beta test-server restriction is active, you must use ZeRaLD Beta on isolated non-production/test infrastructure and keep important data independently protected.
Do not use the closed Beta on a live production server or for a service or data you cannot afford to interrupt or lose. Bugs, failed operations, service interruption and data loss are possible during pre-release testing.
4. Testing and feedback
You may be invited to report defects, usability problems, compatibility issues and other observations through ZeRaLD Support or other Beta feedback channels. Feedback helps us improve ZeRaLD but does not transfer ownership of your own project, code or content to SW11 Software.
We may contact you about material Beta changes, testing activity or issues affecting your participation where that communication is necessary to operate the programme.
5. Programme benefits and third-party offers
SW11 Software may make optional Beta programme benefits available to approved testers, including promotional credit, funded or discounted third-party services, trial infrastructure or other testing benefits. Each benefit may have its own eligibility requirements, availability period and third-party terms, and may be changed or withdrawn as the Beta programme develops.
Some benefits may be provided through an affiliate or referral relationship between SW11 Software and a third-party provider. Where that applies, we will identify the relationship with the benefit or signup link. SW11 Software may receive commission, referral credit or another commercial benefit if you later buy eligible services from that provider.
Accepting a funded or promotional Beta benefit does not require you to continue purchasing from that provider after the benefit ends and does not prevent you from using another technically suitable provider with ZeRaLD.
Where a benefit requires us to apply credit or another entitlement to an account you create with a third party, we may ask you to send the relevant third-party account identifier to ZeRaLD Support so the benefit can be arranged. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or other login credentials for the third-party account.
6. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for the test infrastructure, projects, content, credentials and third-party services you choose to use with ZeRaLD. You must have authority to administer any server you connect and must not use the Beta to interfere with systems or data you do not own or control.
You should review important changes before relying on them and keep appropriate independent backups of anything you would not want to lose during testing.
7. Changes and ending participation
We may change the Beta programme, capacity, eligibility, available features or tester benefits as reasonably needed for testing, product development, legal compliance or safe operation. We may pause or end a Beta place where necessary to protect the programme, other users or the service, or where the participant materially breaches the applicable ZeRaLD terms.
Ending a Beta place does not rewrite historical legal-acceptance or testing records that we lawfully retain under the Privacy Notice and Data Retention Policy.
8. Relationship with other ZeRaLD terms
This Beta Programme Agreement supplements the ZeRaLD Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice and Data Retention Policy. The main ZeRaLD Terms continue to govern your account and general use of ZeRaLD.
If this agreement deals specifically with controlled Beta participation and the main Terms deal only generally with ZeRaLD, this agreement governs that Beta-specific point. Nothing in this agreement removes consumer, contractual or data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
