These are the working platform terms for the ZeRaLD preview. They will be professionally reviewed before commercial launch.
Your projects
You choose what you create, upload, ask an AI service to generate, and publish. You are responsible for reviewing that material and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
AI services
ZeRaLD may help you share project context with third-party AI services. Those services are separate providers, and their outputs remain something you decide whether to use.
Availability
We aim to keep ZeRaLD reliable, but preview software can misbehave. Where possible, ZeRaLD is designed to preserve an existing live release when a replacement fails.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, ZeRaLD is not responsible for websites, applications, content or code that you choose to create, modify or publish using the service.
Still readable later
Material changes to these terms will be versioned. If a new agreement needs your acceptance, ZeRaLD will ask rather than quietly pretending you agreed months ago.
